Hey curvy girls,

This weekend was so nice and warm until Saturday night when the rain came tumbling down. I spent my weekend with my BFF in my hometown Brooklyn (all day, everyday). Although we were not doing anything special, I decided to breakout my leopard print jeggings. I have had them for some time now and never had the chance to wear them, so I said screw it, I’ll just wear them strolling around the neighborhood. I wore flats for the stroll, but, I threw on my new favorite budget friendly heels that I got from H&M when I met up with my BFF.

I rocked the jeggings with my white boyfriend blazer I bought from Ann Taylor Loft . I am in love with this blazer and have worn it 3 times already (I’ll share pics later this week). Some of you curvy girls may be afraid of printed pants because you think it may make you look bigger, but, the truth is that sometimes prints especially medium size prints, can actually make you look smaller. So, don’t be afraid to experiment with printed pants.

Hope you like. You’ll be seeing these leopard print pants again.

P.S. My hair looks a little messy because the wind was blowing my hair all over the place.

What I’m Wearing:
Leopard Print Jeggings-FAITH 21
Blazer: Ann Taylor Loft
Bow Top-Old Navy
Bracelet-Alexis Bittar

  1. >savonne, no explanation was needed about your hair. the slightly tousled look worked well with your outfit, which was hot, BTW. i totally understand your love affair with your boyfriend blazer. i sport my blue one from old navy whenever i can. leggings/jeggings are still some of my best friends. i get complimented a lot on a pair of grey leggings that look like layered wide gauge fishnets. hadn't thought about animal print ones. interesting.

  2. >oooh those pants would normally scare me away but I love them on you! I added a white blazer to my list of things to possibly thrift a few weeks ago but I have not been so lucky :/

  3. >You look absolutely fab. I love the look & I am so happy to see you showing all curvy women alike that they can be bold with prints & colors. Be bold & beautiful. Everyone better watch out… Alissa Savonne is coming for ya!
